European Flyers is a top ATO (Approved Training Organization) in Spain and a benchmark centre in Europe. We are authorised by the AESA (State Aviation Safety Agency) under the current European legislation to offer comprehensive Airline Transport Pilot training, Commercial Helicopter Pilot training and a variety of courses related to aeronautical education.
Technological innovation is multiplying the possibilities and transforming our environment. Due to the latest advances in avionics, a new generation of pilots has emerged that must be trained with Glass Cockpit technology, the same technology they will use throughout their careers.
European Flyers is the result of the merger of the two most traditional and experienced aeronautical schools in Spain with the mission of becoming the leading centre for comprehensive flight training in Southern Europe. With more than 30 years of experience, we are a reliable school focused on training excellence.
We currently offer the most modern training fleet in Europe, equipped with Glass Cockpit technology (Garmin 1000) identical to that of executive jets and the aircraft flown by large airlines. We are the world’s first training centre with certified Cessna 172 Nav III (Garmin 1000) simulators like FNPT-I.

European Flyers has reached agreements with prestigious universities such as the Polytechnic University of Madrid to offer courses that pilots can take to earn a qualification that will enhance their training.

Madrid y Alicante
Madrid – Cuatro Vientos Airport is an airport located 8 km from the centre of Madrid (Spain). Established in 1911, it is the oldest airport in Spain and is still considered the cradle of Spanish aviation.
Initially, it was an airbase of the Spanish Air Force. However, it has been used since the 1970s for both civilian and military purposes. Since then, the civil section has been used almost exclusively for general aviation and light executive aircraft. Cuatro Vientos is home to several schools today, including some of the country’s top flight training academies as well as flying clubs and private jets.
The Muchamiel Airfield (in Valencian, Aeròdrom de Mutxamel) is a private Spanish aerodrome in the province of Alicante. The airfield is located just 10 km north of the city of Alicante, in the heart of the Costa Blanca.
Opened in 1984, it has since evolved significantly in terms of facilities and services. It is used for general aviation today, and it has become an important aerodrome thanks to its prime location. It is the headquarters of not only the European Flyers school, but also the heliborne Foresma brigade and the Avialsa fire extinguishing base.
